How the 7-day puppet build works

We keep the process straightforward so you can go from idea to “it’s alive” as quickly as possible—without giving up structure or quality.

    You send us your existing art, a rough sketch, or a written idea along with any must-have traits, colors, or moods. We confirm scope, package, and timing.

    Concept pass & approval
    We share a clean concept pass (or refinements of your art) for sign-off. Any adjustments happen here so we’re aligned before we rig.

    Build & rig (up to 7 days)
    Once the concept and assets are approved, we build the final puppet—layered, organized, and ready for NFT ALIVE. Most puppets are delivered in 3–7 days from this point.

    Delivery & light tweaks
    You receive your puppet files plus a short usage note. Each package includes at least one round of light tweaks to ensure the character feels right.
